Life can be challenging, stressful and anxiety-inducing. Talking to a Counsellor can provide some relief from painful thoughts and feelings. Maybe seeing a counsellor is something you have been thinking about for a while, and you may feel that you have been struggling alone.

A Counsellor can help you to process your emotions, enabling you to better understand yourself and those difficult feelings. They can help guide you to find solutions that will work for you.

Sometimes we do not always feel heard by our family and friends due to their own lives being busy and stressful. Maybe you even feel like a burden and do not want to trouble them with your worries, especially when knowing they have their own.

Counselling is a place where you can share any aspect of your life, be heard, and feel validated in a non-judgemental, safe and confidential space.

With a counsellor you can be yourself, with no façade or brave face and you will be accepted for who you are and I can help you to overcome the challenges you are facing in life.
